Privacy & Terms
One page, two parts: how we handle privacy, and the rules for using the site.
Part 1: Privacy Policy
Effective November 5, 2026.
What we collect
We don’t ask for, collect, or store personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and nothing to register for. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us: a message through the contact box on our homepage, which opens your email app addressed to us. We use your message only to reply to you, and we never share or sell it.
Player names
When you play, you can type player names. Those names stay in your browser while you play. They are never sent to us, and they are never stored on any server.
Playing online
If you play online with another device, the game sends player names, turns and scores through our game server while you play, so both screens stay in sync. Nothing is kept after the game ends. Your browser also keeps your seat in the tab while you play, so a refresh puts you back in the same game — that memory clears when you close the tab.
Children’s privacy
This site is made for children and adults learning together. We don’t ask children — or adults — for personal information: no names, no email addresses, no photos. There is no chat and no way to post anything on the site. A parent can write to us through the same contact box on the homepage, from their own email.
What others see
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and the font it uses (Nunito) loads from Google. To send you the pages, those services may see technical details such as your IP address. We don’t use those details to identify anyone. We run privacy-first analytics from Cloudflare to see how many people visit. It uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and doesn’t track individual visitors. We don’t run ads.
The voices you hear
Every spoken word in the game is a synthetic French-language voice — a computer-generated voice, not a recording of a real person.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle privacy ever changes, we will update this page and change the date above.
Part 2: Terms of Use
